Resiliency - How are you not Broken?

ree

Celebrating the strength it takes to keep going despite challenges.

Resilience doesn’t mean you’ve never struggled—it means you’ve found ways to keep moving forward despite the struggle.

Many first responders hear the question, “How are you not broken?” The truth is, resilience comes from small choices made every day:

  • Reaching out for help instead of holding it all in.

  • Leaning on routines that bring stability.

  • Letting yourself rest and recharge, even in short moments.

  • Choosing to believe that you are more than what you’ve gone through.

Resilience is not about being unshaken; it’s about being able to bend, adapt, and continue standing.

Takeaway: Resiliency is built from the strength you show in the everyday moments—not from never falling, but from always rising.
