Nicole Renner, MS, LPCC

A military spouse and daughter of a firefighter, Nicole brings both personal and clinical insight to her work with first responders. She uses Brainspotting, TF-CBT, and CPT to support trauma recovery through a strengths-based, person-centered approach.

Beth Oldham, MSW, LCSW

Beth is a compassionate, strengths-based therapist with experience supporting first responders through grief, stress, and trauma. Trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and CISM, she offers practical, trauma-informed care grounded in respect for those who serve.

Elizabeth Anderson, MS, LPCC 

With experience supporting first responders and the LGBTQIA+ community, Elizabeth uses Brainspotting, Flash Technique, and TF-CBT to help clients navigate trauma, depression, and anxiety. She creates a safe space for healing, rooted in empathy and respect for vulnerability.

Kourtney Smith, MS, LAPC

With experience supporting first responders and individuals in inpatient psychiatric care, Kourtney integrates Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Animal-Assisted Therapy (currently in training) to help clients navigate trauma, depression, and anxiety. Her co-therapist, Nakoa the therapy dog, will soon be joining sessions to offer added comfort and support as she walks alongside clients on their path to healing.

Vanessa Deibert, MSW, LCSW

Vanessa supports first responders and families navigating trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Drawing from Brainspotting, TF-CBT, and years of work alongside law enforcement and foster care systems, she offers flexible, person-centered care.

Haley Schmitt, MS, LAPC

Haley supports first responders and others navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression with a culturally responsive, strengths-based approach. She uses Brainspotting and TF-CBT to guide healing while honoring each client’s unique story.
