Beth Oldham, MSW, LCSW

Mental Health Counselor

Beth Oldham is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and compassionate, strengths-based therapist with extensive experience supporting first responders and their families. With specialized training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Beth offers practical, trauma-informed care grounded in deep respect for those who serve.

Beth holds a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from Baylor University. Her career has spanned work with children and families in hospice and hospital settings, older adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities—giving her a broad perspective on resilience, grief, and healing. She works with clients of all ages to address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and loss.

Beth integrates a range of therapy techniques, including talk, art, sand tray, and play therapy, tailoring each session to meet the client’s needs, goals, and communication style. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping individuals and families thrive through life’s most challenging moments.

​

Outside of work, Beth enjoys cozying up with a good book, sipping tea, and spending time with her family and their rescue dog, Daisy.
